I am delighted with Rocco Balesano's work. One wall of my basement had a hairline crack plus a hole where a pipe came
through the wall. And every time we had a lot of rain, they would start to drip and then came a steady trickle. After several
hours I had a quarter inch of water on the basement floor. Rocco's guys prepared the two leaky areas and patched them
correctly and put a finish coat on top. Looks great. During the last heavy rain, no leaks and my basement floor is bone dry. I had
two other "big name" dry basement folks come in and quote the job before I committed to Balesano. They wanted to trench
around the inside wall and install footer drains, and route them to sump pumps ... Rocco did a great job for literally ⅕ the price
of the others. I am highly satisfied and would unhesitatingly recommend Balesano Waterproofing and Masonry

Dino and Rocco put in a full perimeter drain around the interior of my basement connected to a sump pump with outside discharge. Great guys who did a great job. No water since.
I contracted with Dino and Rocco to handle a number of masonary projects at my 131 year old home.-from brick repointing, sidewalk patching, to foundation repair. All work was done to my total satisfaction. I now have a company to which I can turn for any masonary project that may occur in the future. Dino & Rocco's were great and professional. We used them on waterproofing our basement on putting perimeter drains to a some pump basin, andthey did an excellent job excellent repair work on the concrete would hihly recommend them. They were great called several companies for estimates and they are one of the few who came right out within days and on the contract stated three days may take to finish and they finished in a day and a half which was great really appreciate their work and professionalism.
Excellent job. Replaced a section of my sidewalk in 2.5 hours and the work was done perfectly.

My sister highly recommended Dino after he did some masonry work at her house this summer. I needed my steps fixed, as they were cracking and very unsafe. For any foundation or basement water issues you have, I would highly recommend calling them for a very fair quote. They will fix your issue if they say they can.
